Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Product lost during shipping
- Product delivered in defective condition
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
After verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delayed deliveries caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
